Agreement
By booking a call on santaclauscall.com you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of every child who joins the call.
The service
Santa Claus Call places one scheduled phone call to the number you provide. Santa's voice and responses are generated by artificial intelligence and personalized from the details you share. Santa is a fictional character; the call is entertainment.
Call recording consent
Every call is recorded so we can send you the recording, and Santa announces the recording at the start of the call. Some U.S. states (including California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington) require the consent of everyone on a call. By booking, you consent to recording for yourself and your children, and you agree to tell any other adult who may join the call that it is being recorded.
Phone call consent
You confirm you own or are authorized to use the phone number provided and you expressly consent to receive the scheduled call using an AI-generated voice. We place only the call you booked (and a retry if it is not answered). We do not make marketing calls or send marketing texts.
Children's information
In line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and state children's privacy laws, we collect a child's details only from their parent or guardian, who gives consent at booking. We use it only to personalize the call and you may review or delete it at any time.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown before checkout and charged when you book. Calls on December 23 and 24 are priced at the peak rate, and each additional sibling is an add-on. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel or reschedule any time before your call is placed. If the call does not happen because of a problem on our side, or you are not happy, contact us and we will refund you under our money-back guarantee.
Acceptable use
Do not book calls to numbers you are not authorized to use, or enter offensive, unlawful or someone else's private information. We may cancel bookings that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.
